Information processed

When you send a contact or retail-partner enquiry, ARONOKI processes the information you submit, such as your name, email address, organisation, country, website or social profile, business-registration details, sales channel, expected order and message. We use it only to assess and answer your enquiry.

When you request first access, we process your email address, confirmation status and list preferences. Your address joins the ARONOKI launch list only after you use the confirmation link sent to you.

The hosting server may also process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps for security, reliability, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

Purposes and legal basis

Contact details are processed to answer your request and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before a possible commercial relationship. Depending on the context, this is necessary to provide the requested response, take pre-contractual steps or pursue our legitimate interest in handling genuine enquiries. Security logs are processed for our legitimate interest in protecting and operating the website. Launch-list email is processed on the basis of your confirmed consent.

Required information

Name, email, message and privacy-notice acknowledgement are required so we can identify and answer an enquiry. Company, country and sales channel are also required for retail-partner requests so we can assess commercial fit. If required information is not provided, the form cannot be submitted.

Email provider and recipients

ARONOKI uses Resend to deliver contact messages, confirmation emails and launch-list communications. Resend therefore processes the relevant email and delivery data as a service provider. Enquiries are received by the ARONOKI team through PrintingNest Studio, the official manufacturer and fulfilment partner. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, this is governed by appropriate contractual and transfer safeguards.

How long information is kept

General enquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months after resolution. Retailer and partnership enquiries may be retained for up to 24 months for commercial follow-up, unless a resulting agreement or legal duty requires longer retention. Launch-list records remain until you unsubscribe; a minimal suppression record may be retained so your opt-out continues to be respected. Security logs are kept only as long as operationally necessary unless an incident requires further investigation.

Launch-list choices

ARONOKI uses double opt-in: submitting the form is not enough, and you must confirm through the email link. Future marketing messages will provide an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing from ARONOKI updates will not be treated as consent to or withdrawal from unrelated PrintingNest Studio communications.

Cookies and analytics

ARONOKI does not currently place marketing or analytics cookies. The contact and subscription forms do not require advertising cookies. If analytics or advertising tools are introduced later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before those tools are enabled.

Official store

Product purchasing and fulfilment take place on the external PrintingNest Studio website. When you follow an official-store link, PrintingNest Studio's own privacy, cookie and purchasing terms apply.

Automated decisions

ARONOKI does not use these forms for automated decision-making or profiling. Retail-partner applications are reviewed by a person.
